Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume or holidays.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location and the selected shipping method. Delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Sativa Supply House is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations regarding THCa products, we are unable to ship to the following states:
• Arkansas
• Idaho
• Minnesota
• Oregon
• Rhode Island
Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will be automatically canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Lost, Delayed, Stolen, or Seized Packages
Sativa Supply House is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
In the event that a package is delayed, held, or seized by a carrier or regulatory authority, we will work with the customer and the carrier, when possible, to assist in the release of the shipment.
If a shipment is confirmed to be seized and cannot be released, we will, at our discretion:

Issue a replacement shipment, or

Provide an alternative resolution
Sativa Supply House is not responsible for delays caused by carrier inspections, regulatory review, or circumstances outside of our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact support@sativasupplyhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged package and product
Once verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
