Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@sativasupplyhouse.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect items ordered

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Carrier delays or shipping issues
